Mumbai RTO seized another limousine this time an expensive one !!!!! Know the reason why

Hello every body so how you doin hope that everyone is good and great so far and This is about how Mumbai's Andehari's RTO seized a Stretch limousine .
The inspector said, that the car was not safe to drive on because the car was not a limousine as stock it was a crystler 300C and then modified and not approved by ARAI . The vehicle is of Delhi and it is imported as you know crystler do not sell their product in India the car was supposed to go into an event in Mumbai so it came all the way from DELHI to Mumbai .
Even the driver was having a license of a mini van driver not a limousine
Now the police have demanded them all papers of Crystler and they will check it that car was modified in India or imported in India as it is right now if ALL papers will be fine they will let the limousine go but if not it will rest in parking of Mumbai RTO for rest of his life how sad is this :::;;
This is the second time they seized a limousine saying it illegal
